Yoga should be practised on an empty stomach.  If possible leave 3-4 hours after eating a main meal or 2 hours after a light snack.


Wear clothes that do not restrict your movement, most people wear shorts or leggings and a t-shirt.  Yoga is practised in bare feet.


If it is your first class please attend 5-10 minutes before as any medical issues will need to be noted.  I am not qualified to teach those with long term chronic health issues, so if in doubt please feel free to email me or phone me on 07811699170 before you attend class.



£60 for eight week term (£75 if borrowing a set of equipment)
